This afternoon was super fun! After Kekoa's nap, I told him we were going to see Gavin...he got a huge grin on his face and said "Ga Ga" (Gavin). It was so cute. We met up with Gavin and Auntie Michele at a new park for us, Kevin Moran park. It is a gorgeous park in Saratoga that we will definitely go back to visit...an immense lush green lawn, that just keeps going, beautiful trees, and the best part...two playgrounds, one is a short walk over the 85 freeway bridge. Gavin comes to this park when he visits his Grandma, so he was showing Kekoa around...well not really, but the two of them were really cute. Grandma Dayle was there too with Shadow, a super sweet black Lab. Kekoa was very excited about Shadow and let her get all up in his face. :)
There isn't tanbark here, but sand, which Kekoa just loved. His favorite thing was this little play treehouse and the red ramp leading into it. It was like a miniature "slide" for him, he just kept going up and down it.
Kekoa definitely had the best time. When I was buckling him into the car seat, I asked him if he had a good time and he kept saying, "Ga Ga". When I asked him what his favorite part of the day was, he said "Ga Ga". Funny, even though they don't play together, Kekoa loves spending with Gavin! :) Thanks for inviting us along!
