First haircut

It wasn't so bad, I didn't shed any tears and Kekoa's hair looks fabulous. We went to a place down the street called Chocolate Mousse. Kekoa must have know today was the day because he was up SUPER early, 6:30 am after not falling asleep last night until 8:30 pm!! The salon is just for kids haircuts, there were all kinds of toys and a show on the T.V. Kekoa didn't want to sit in the chair by himself, so I joined him. He did shed some tears, but just at first. He didn't like it when the bib was put over my head. He began to calm down when his head was being massaged and his long locks were being played with! :) Then he zoned out on this show called "Yo Gaba Gaba"...I've never seen him so into watching T.V. before (he doesn't watch any at home) but do remember my friend Riquesha telling me that Kekoa would love it. Boy was she right!
Not too much hair was cut off and I think Kekoa's hair looks great! I don't know what I was so freaked out about! :)

The walk home from the salon was so much fun. Kekoa was very curious about this huge door at the bocce ball place. He kept trying to push it open and was getting very frustrated when it wouldn't budge!
