playdough kind of day

Kekoa loves playdough...it keeps him occupied for a long long time.  He received a new playdoh set for Christmas, with fun cut out ocean creature shapes.  We both like this little fish that would grow "hair" when pressed on, it was our favorite and would make Kekoa just crack up.  A very fun way to spend our last day of 2013.

old posts

Finally posted Halloween, only a few months late!  And also posted some other fun days we have had in December.  Hopefully I can get Christmas up soon and our trip to SF. :)
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

Instagram

I am having so much fun with Instagram.  I just signed up a couple weeks ago but it is easier and quicker to post a quick picture on there.  And I get to see pictures of my niece!

I am under the name "thehapas" if you want to follow...

Of course I will still post to the blog, when time allows. :)

Kekoa and Sully

Grandma and Grandpa actually got this Sully for Malia but Kekoa has taken over.  He loves it and this morning they were making silly faces.

catching up

I finally posted pics from Thanksgiving and our tree cutting the day after.  I've also added a bunch of photos from December.  As always, catching up with the blog...I am always behind!

making cookies

The Fremont crew came over this afternoon for cookie making.  We made oodles and oodles of gingerbread boys and girls.  The boys had such a blast hanging out together today and when Malia woke up from her nap, she joined in on the fun too!

Whew, cookie making is tough!

cuties in front of our tree

This pretty much sums up Kekoa's energy today...a little baby growing jaguar.

Love my grapes mama!

Santa Pictures

We were smart this year and arrived very early to get in line for Santa photos.  Last year we made the mistake of arriving on time and had to wait for hours.  I was so relieved it wasn't cold either!!

We actually had a fun waiting this year...playing chase and buying some fruit at the farmers market.  Quinn and her mommy Danielle joined us too, which made it even more fun.

When the big man arrived, Kekoa was very shy but did go up to him.  This Santa is the best, so gentle and patient...his beard is even real!  I didn't even attempt Malia going alone for a picture, just didn't want all the tears!

Playing chase...
