Mama love

Kekoa has been super momtastic lately. He is very attached and makes sure he knows where I am at all times. He's still really good about playing by himself, but likes to know where I am. We all went to Costco last week and when I went down a different aisle, I could hear Kekoa screaming, looking for where I went! This morning when we got back from running, Scott changed Kekoa's diaper. He was crying because he was so tired and really wanted mama. When he was done with the diaper change, Kekoa crawled to me and hugged my legs, not wanting to let go. It was just so sweet, one of those moments where it really hits me that I'm a mother!
After dinner tonight, when I took Kekoa out of his highchair, he rested his head on my shoulder and just laid there. Of course my heart was melting. A really good song was on, that fit the mood perfectly, and we danced around the living room, with his head resting on my shoulder. I just cherish these mama love moments.
