Our little man is standing on his own! I knew it was going to happen any day now and today was the day. He's been practicing a lot, standing for a second by himself, but today was different. We were at our friends house for their daughter's birthday party. Kekoa had a great time, playing in the water and being somewhere new. While I was feeding him dinner, he was staring at all the kids playing and standing with Scott's support. As he was zoning out, he let go of Scott and stood! It was amazing to see him finally do it, like it was nothing, like he has been standing by himself forever. He was so proud of himself and we are so proud of him too. He even gracefully squat back down on his own! The other people at the birthday party were excited for us too! Go Kekoa!
