Milestones

Kekoa is reaching so many milestones that I can't even keep up. From clapping, to waving, to dancing in his high chair, saying bye, to putting objects in something and taking them back out, to crawling, pulling himself to standing, cruising on the furniture...this has all happened in the last week. He was even clapping to the music in our Thursday afternoon music class. The teacher was so proud of him too! Everyday he does something new to amaze us and himself!

I want in the bath tub!

Yesterday he figured out he could pull himself up on anything, anywhere. Boy did he get busy trying on anything and everything in our place.

This morning Kekoa crawled from the living room, stopped to play with a magazine, as I went into the kitchen. About 10 seconds later, Scott went to check on him and he was in the kitchen and had pulled himself up to standing, using the chair. It was quite shocking for us.
He then let go of the chair with one hand and shimmied his way to sitting, and then was off crawling toward the screen door. I thought he wanted the shoes by the door, but that was not the case. He crawled to the screen door, pulled himself up, and smooshed his face against it. We are in soooo much trouble!

He also learned, during bath time on Thursday how to "unstack" his stacking cups! He watched me unstack them and then tried it for himself. He was very happy to show off his skills to daddy

Kekoa was cracking me up yesterday, watching him play. It is the cutest thing to see him peeking inside the toys. Today was completely different, he wanted nothing to do with the toys, he could not sit still, so excited to be mobile!
