Bachman park rules!

One of the advantages of Scott's schedule is that we have time to spend together in the mornings before he goes to work. Now that the weather is nice, we try to do something together as a family. Kekoa's favorite things to do are either go to Bachman park or the fountain. We all love the mellow vibe at Bachman park, there is something special about the huge old trees that provide such wonderful shade. We love to stop and smell the sweet smelling jasmine flowers on our walk there. We also always check to see if our favorite kitty is out, Bella, and stop to give her some cat treats. Kekoa gets very excited to see the cat.
We headed out to the park on Tuesday morning so Kekoa could show his daddy his new skills of climbing the stairs! Our little daredevil also decided to go down the twisty slide for the first time...and he went down all by himself!
Here I go...up the stairs!

We were all sitting on the bench, just relaxing before having to head back home. Kekoa was so content and relaxed in his daddy's lap. It was the sweetest thing.


Kekoa was so excited to climb up these stairs at the park. I've been practicing with him...he's getting better and better!
