Oh my goodness, what a gorgeous beach day today. Scott got off work early and Kekoa has been asking to go to the beach. I didn't think he would want to go today since he is sick, woke up last night with a fever. :( But he still wanted to go, had me check the weather and everything this morning. I am so happy we were able to head over there today, we don't go during the summer weekends because the traffic is way too CRAZY!!
We couldn't of picked a more perfect day to go....nice and warm with plenty of people watching. Turns out we picked a spot right next to another little boy named Kekoa! He turned 2 in May. His mom was telling us that if they had a girl, she would have been named Malia...weird ha?
The kids had fun. Malia had a ball in the water, which was surprisingly warm for these parts. Kekoa had a great time in the sand. After a few hours at the beach, we headed to our favorite sushi and ice cream spot, so conveniently located next door to each other. The kids chowed down on noodles, which is always fun to watch.
I couldn't of asked for a more wonderful day with my family.
