We have a walker!

When we left for Hawaii, Kekoa was still a crawler. Yes, he could take a few steps, but much preferred crawling to trying to walk. We are going to be leaving Hawaii with a walker. Something clicked this morning and he just took off. We came back from our walk/run and Kekoa decided that it was his time to walk. Could it be the help of the St. Pauli Girl beer box? Who knows, but there was no crawling for him. He was walking all over the place and so proud of himself! We are soooo proud of our little man too. I couldn't stop staring at him in awe. Everyone says that this is what happens, that one day something clicks and they just go! He didn't even want to crawl, he would fall and get back up to walk! Scott and I can't believe it. The plane ride home should be interesting! :)
I didn't think he would go down for his nap, but he was ready for a little break! He nursed and fell right asleep...for 2 hours! Good job Kekoa!

I didn't know which video to choose, so here are a bunch of our baby walking. Can you tell I'm a proud mama? Scott keeps teasing me about how I say, "Oh my gosh he's walking!" in every video! :)
No more cruising for our baby!

Kekoa has been taking a few steps up until now, 7 at the most, towards me and then collapses into my arms with this look of complete pride. Not today. Today he walked toward me and then just kept going!

Kekoa stands up all on his own! He knows he has done something really special!
