Labor Day block party

What a great street we live on. It was blocked off today for a block party. There was a fire truck there for the kids to check out, a jumpy house, and yummy food. We had to wake Kekoa up from his nap to go, so he was a little grumpy at first. Then when his buddy Cole showed up, Kekoa was all smiles. It was really great to see the Krings family, who we haven't seen in a month.

I think Kekoa spent most of the afternoon in the jumpy house, he was so sweaty and red cheeked from jumping so much. We met so many really nice neighbors. Malia wouldn't leave mama's side and I held her the entire time. I don't think she liked all the attention she was getting or maybe it was the heat (it was a very hot afternoon).

I didn't end up taking very many photos because I was carrying Malia the whole time. My favorite part of the afternoon was watching Kekoa and Cole chase each other around. They were having so much fun.
