first day of music

Music Together has started again. We are back in Miss Elizabeth's class on Thursday afternoons. As Kekoa said when we were leaving, "it is good to be back".
We have been in music on Thursday afternoons since Kekoa was 8 months old.
Today was Malia's real first day of music too. I was so afraid that Kekoa would have a hard time sharing his mama during music, but he did great. In fact, he is just growing up so much that he didn't even want to sit in my lap, but sat right next to me. He was participating, making eye contact with Miss Elizabeth and copying what she was doing. It was pretty amazing. I looked around the room and realized he is one of the oldest kids in the class...so weird because he was always one of the youngest.

Malia loved looking around and dancing. It does make Thursdays a little crazy, with school in the morning and then music in the afternoons, but it was all worth it. It is good to be back in music.
