Spiderman birthday party

My little boy had his 3rd birthday party this afternoon at Belgatos Park. I can't believe he will be three. How did this happen, how did so much time pass so quickly?
On his actual birthday, we will be in Hawaii (poor us, I know), so we had his party early. Of course, we picked the hottest day ever to have his party. Oh my goodness, it was so hot. Malia actually bailed on her ge ge's birthday and went back to the air conditioned house with Po Po. The heat was not agreeing with her one bit.

Kekoa was most excited about having his chocolate Spiderman cake. He kept trying to sneak a peak in the box. He has been excited about this cake for the past month, ever since we ordered it. My dad was taking Kaiwei, Mackie, Kekoa, and Ori on a little hike. Kekoa ran back to me and said he didn't want to go. I asked him if he was worried we were going to eat the cake without him, he said yes. He was very concerned he would miss out on the cake! :)

We are so lucky to have so many good friends and are so thankful they braved the heat to come out and celebrate our little boy's birthday with him. He really did have a wonderful afternoon.
