all ready for school

Today was Kekoa's first day back to school, after a long winter break. He was so excited to go.
I packed his Thomas back pack with a snack for the ride home and some water. He couldn't wait to get it on his back.
Kekoa told Scott ( who was carrying the backpack in his arms), as they were walking down the stairs, "no baba, want backpack on my back!"
It was the most adorable thing to see him walking down the stairs with his little blue backpack on.
He even had his cheesy smile for me. :)
