Fun at the farm

What did I get to do for my 14th month birthday? Well, when I woke up from my nap, mama and baba took me to Deer Hollow farm at Rancho San Antonio Park. It was just amazing! The weather was perfect, not too hot and not too cold. The sun was out and so were all the animals. It was a 1 mile walk in, but I got to kick back in my comfy stroller for the ride there. I loved seeing all the animals and tried talking to them too. I had so much fun following the chickens around, but they didn't seem to want to play with me. I found some sheep that were eating and when I tried to say hello, they stomped their feet at me! Mama said not to get too close, but I wasn't afraid! There was a HUGE black pig there too, eating away. On the farm, there was also a garden, where I got to see my favorite things right now, pumpkins. They are just so neat. I am convinced that they are orange, hard balls, meant for throwing and rolling, but mama tells me otherwise.
I was able to get super dirty too, which is always the best. I sat in the soft hay and discovered I could make it "rain" on me if I threw it up in the air! Wow! I also got to help push the stroller part of the way back to the car. Baba figured it would take me too long to walk 1 mile back, so he eventually picked me up and put me in my comfy stroller. That was OK, because I was pretty pooped from having such a great time exploring. Thanks mama and baba for taking me here!

Hello sheep in there!

Are those chickens I see?
I want that chicken!

A comfy place to take a break!
Watcha doin' Mr. Pig?
