new bike

What an amazing day. Our little boy is riding his own bike now! I really can't believe he is so grown up. It just seems like yesterday he was Malia's age, just a few months old, and now he is taking off on his bike! He is really good too, turns well and has such strong legs for peddling. We couldn't be prouder.

Kekoa didn't even want to take off his helmet for the car ride home...he was that excited!

After dinner, we all went for a walk together and Kekoa rode his bike. I remember going around the block with him on his tricycle, when we had to push him. Now he is zooming off on his bike! When we got back home, he wanted to go around again. It is freedom...remember getting your first bike and how exciting it was?

Malia is pretty impressed too!
