To end our really fun day, we went around the block, Kekoa on his bike, Malia cruising in the red car for the first time. She absolutely loved it. She was so excited to see the world and to be driving. When I took her out, she cried! I couldn't get over how cute these two kiddos are. Kekoa was loving it too and would stop to take pictures.
As I was walking with Malia and watching my son speed off ahead of us, I just kept thinking what a wonderful day we had. That things are getting a little bit easier, there are going to be these really fun moments with both of them.
