playdate with Ava

It has been much too long since Kekoa has played with Ava. We miss seeing this girl every day, when she lived next door and would yell "Ke-ko-ka" out her window or screen door. We miss hearing her that lovely voice! :)
Today we met Auntie Cassie and Ava at the park. It was the first time the two kiddos really played with each other. Well, Kekoa was trying to keep up with Ava and was following her around the park. She would cheer him on as he came down the slide. It was adorable.
Hard to believe how much time has flown by and our babies are no longer the babies and getting so big. Now Cassie and I are both expecting our second babies! We hope we see them again soon! Thank you for the super fun morning. Kekoa was all smiles for the rest of the day.







Kekoa doesn't like it when his friends are doing something he doesn't think they should be doing...he is very much a rule follower. He did not like that Ava was climbing so high, was getting very anxious about it. He felt so much better after she climbed down.
