Words of the day

Each day Kekoa adds so many words to his ever expanding vocabulary. I know I keep writing this, but I am completely shocked at how much he is talking. I like to call them the words of the day, the ones that really blow me away or the ones that are just super cute. Yesterday it was fountain and "yo yong" (swimming) and this was all in the same sentence. I asked him if he would like to go go the fountain or swimming. He repeated back to me, "fountain" and "yo yong". I was floored.
The day before was pickles. He has his stuffed animal, Mr. Pickles. He has been calling him something else, in his Kekoa language but on this day he just busted out with pickles. Now he says, "pickles sleeping" all the time, oh it is so cute.
Today the word was hummus, it sounds so cute when he says it. He loves his hummus.
PS...don't laugh at his bib. We only have 2 bibs that he likes and this happens to be one of them.

"Hummus"

He knows the camera is watching...

Kekoa tells me every night while we are going to bed, "mama uh uh uh" (mama sing to me, it is really sweet.) He is also telling me that he is not full, still wants to eat chicken. When I give him a piece, he has to feed it to all his toys and bowl, and cup, something else he has been really into doing.

Kekoa calls himself "ke ke". He is also understanding the difference between big and small. He will tell me which of his firetrucks are "da wa wu" (big fire truck) or "xiao wa wu" (small fire truck). "Wa wu" is not a Chinese word, it is Kekoa language for fire truck. :)
