Let's hit the beach!

We started the mother's day celebrating today. Scott said it was my mother's day weekend! Ok, I'll take it! :)
We headed to the beach this morning. Of course, Kekoa decided to sleep in. We figured we would be out and on the road by 9:30, but it was more like 10:30!
It has been so hot here all week, but the beach today wasn't so hot. It was perfect, sunny and gorgeous. Kekoa was adorable, in his hat and little shorts. He was so impressed with the waves, his face lit up when they crashed along the shore. The beach we went to also has a ton of doggies running around, which Kekoa loved also!
What a perfect way to start off mother's day weekend! :)

Kekoa was obsessed with his tugboat today. He was thrilled he got to bring it to the beach with him!
