I'm so hungry!

Since Kekoa isn't nursing anymore (we did have one relapse), his appetite is crazy. He has always been a good eater, but now he is an excellent eater...eating us out of house and home. Last night for dinner he had too many tortellini with pesto for me to count mixed with zucchini. After he finished this first course, he went onto to the second course, Scott's delicious turkey burger. He gobbled this up, eating a half a "bao bao" burger, washing it all down with milk. For dessert? He had some orange slices.

Today was the same thing. He ate the entire oatmeal packet in one sitting. I mix it with bananas, milk, and "boo boos" (blueberries). Now the first thing we do when we get up is eat breakfast, no more waiting an hour or so. Kekoa is starvin' marvin when he wakes up and asks or ''boo boos". Scott asked me, as he was feeding Kekoa this morning, "Has he ever finished the entire bowl?" No, never in one sitting before. All day long, our little monkey was devouring food. For dinner, he had chicken soup with veggies and rice and another turkey burger. This time he eat 3/4 of the burger, I was in shock! How can this little monkey fit so much food in his nice, round belly? Dessert was orange slices again.

Scott and I are definitely impressed with how much Kekoa is eating. Amazing how much his appetite has increased since he has stopped nursing.

Here he is...the food vacuum with all kinds of goodies on his face. :) Scott tells me I have about 10,000 photos of Kekoa in this pose...in his high chair, with food on his face. It is the only time he is sitting still and I can get a good shot of his adorable face!
