Today the kids and I went on an adventure! We bravely went through the fog to cross the Golden Gate bridge to get to the Bay Area Discovery Museum in Sausalito. Oh, what a beautiful location...views of the bay and bridge. Once we crossed the bridge, the sun was shining bright. The temperatures were cool, which were a welcome relief from the heat here in San Jose.
We met with Sara, Cole, and Ryan. Kekoa was excited beyond words. He was so worried the whole drive up that Cole would be gone by the time we arrived.
The boys played for a long time in this room with a fishing boat. They were so adorable in their life jackets. I was hoping Malia would calmly play trains with Ryan, but that wasn't going to happen. This girl just wants to move and move some more. No standing still for her!!

This was the highlight of Malia's visit. Both kids actually had a great time playing in this little creek area. It was the perfect height for Malia. Kekoa had fun gathering all the plastic salmon and putting them in various places.
