Kekoa was blowing me away today at the park. He was drawing really well with his blue chalk, big dinosaurs with one eye, a person, the sun. It was one of those days I was so happy I had my camera.

Why are we "The Hapa's"? Hapa in Hawaiian means half. I'm a hapa girl, half Chinese. Together we are the Hapa's, half Hanson and half Parks. The "ha" is pronounced like something is funny, ha, ha, ha. The "pa" is pronounced like the "pa" in papa.
