baking madness
I should have know I was going to go into labor soon. All week long I have been baking. It has been really fun because Kekoa has taken up an interest in helping me. We have been busy making banana bread, muffins, pancakes, turkey meatloaf, and the morning I was having contractions we made baked chocolate donuts. I have cherished the time with Kekoa in the kitchen, just me and him, making a mess and delicious treats too! Thank you Kekoa for being such a wonderful sous chef.
Why are we "The Hapa's"? Hapa in Hawaiian means half. I'm a hapa girl, half Chinese. Together we are the Hapa's, half Hanson and half Parks. The "ha" is pronounced like something is funny, ha, ha, ha. The "pa" is pronounced like the "pa" in papa.
