zucchini sticks

I have been having craving for these delicious baked zucchini sticks, so was super excited to make them tonight for dinner. Last time I made them, I was having a super craving. Kekoa didn't want any and I ended up eating almost all of them myself for dinner.
Tonight I had a little helper. Kekoa was more than happy to help Scott make pizza and then help me make zucchini sticks. He was so cute, sampling the raw zucchini and the bread crumb mixture. How did they turn out? SO yummy. Scott devoured them, I devoured them, and this time, Kekoa also indulged in a couple! :)
I love cooking with my little monkey.

Notice the oven mitt on his left hand. He wouldn't take it off...didn't want to burn his hand! :)
