Nice weather...finally!

Today was the first really warm day and we took advantage of the great weather. We walked to the park before Scott had to go to work. Kekoa really has the best time on the swing. He figured out today how to hang onto the handles on the swing and move his little hands to the front of the swing to hang on. Pretty smart little noodle.

Oooh, hanging on this chain was so much fun. Check out my solo tooth on my top gums! :)
One armed monkey!!

There's that tooth again!!

Daddy spinning me around!
Kekoa is checking out some "big boys", playing catch. He was fascinated with what they were doing.
Kekoa will now throw a tantrum when we leave the park. He pushes his back up to make it harder to buckle him in! Once we start rolling away, he is fine.

When he woke up from his afternoon nap, we got to play with Ava in her kiddie pool. Ava squealed with delight when Cassie brought out the blue plastic pool, it was so cute. The water from the hose made the pool a little cold, so Cassie and I filled buckets with hot water to warm it up for our little ones. It was so adorable watching Kekoa and Ava in the water together. They were both in water heaven! Ava would get a little upset when Kekoa would splash in excitement. She would say, "No splash Kekoka!" I love how Ava says his name! ;) Kekoa had so much fun, thank you for sharing your toys and the pool Ava! :)

This toy looks good.
Yummy!

Kekoa got a little chilly so I took him out and bundled him up like a burrito and sat him in the sun to warm up. He looked so cute and content! He just sat there, soaking in the rays.So cute together...

going in for a smooch...Thanks for sharing this bucket Ava...I love it!

Kekoa was so skilled at maneuvering himself around in the pool. Here he is, up on one knee, trying to pull himself out of the pool.

  1. We also had the tantrums when leaving the park (and later getting into the car seat). The older they get, the harder they are to strap in. It becomes almost impossible! Unfortunately I stooped to bribing with food and that always works!
