So happy to be a mom

I know that I am so lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive husband. Scott is the best. But weekends like this past one make me appreciate Scott so much more for working so hard, so I can stay home with Kekoa. I am so happy and content that I get to be home with our little boy, as he is growing up and changing so incredibly fast. I was gone Friday, all day Saturday and all day today. Being gone from Kekoa for 10 hours in a day is just too much. We both missed each other terribly. Last night, while we were sleeping, he was glued to my side, just making sure that I was still there.
It is hard for Kekoa to have his schedule get all wacky but I know that it is good for him too...to have someone else take care of him besides me or Scott. Yesterday my dad, Jenny, and Kaiwei spent the day with him and today it was just my dad! We are so fortunate to have them so close by. I can't describe the feeling to know that my dad was able to spend all that quality time with Kekoa. They went for a long bike ride and Kekoa learned how to play Suduko too! :) Kekoa just loves his Papa Beezy.
I am so happy that I don't have to rush off again tomorrow morning and be gone all day. I know Kekoa will be happy about that too.

I love you Papa Beezy!
What is that Kaiwei doing? I don't think he is supposed to be standing on that chair!
Hmmm, passing the time until mama gets home. I'll read one of my new favorites. Auntie M gave this one to me! Thank you!
