My second bike ride!

Yesterday was such a beautiful, warm, sunny day. Kekoa and I headed over to Fremont, after his first nap, for a bike ride with Papa Beezy and Kaiwei. Kaiwei was soooo cute when we drove up. He was so excited to see Kekoa and now says, "Keko, keko!" Kaiwei wasn't the only excited one, Kekoa was equally excited to see him. They were "talking" to each other and Kekoa was trying to reach out to touch him. It is so sweet to see these two boys together. I can't wait until they can really play together.
It was so different taking Kekoa on the bike this time. He was so much more alert, like a little person. The last time he was more blob like. He didn't like it all when I first put the helmet on his head, actually started crying! As we took off on the bike, he settled down and enjoyed the scenery. Kaiwei was trying to talk to him from the back of my dad's bike. I wonder what Kaiwei is trying to say to him.
We rode around Lake Elizabeth. The East Bay hills are the most vibrant green right now, from all the rain we have been having. There were all kinds of birds swimming about and crossing the bike path. It was the perfect way to spend a sunny morning.
We love spending time with Papa Beezy and Kaiwei. Kekoa was all tuckered out when we got back to the house and went down easy for his nap! Thanks for the fun morning!

All ready to go mama! I'm all smiles before the helmet goes on!
I love Kekoa's little fingers here.
This was my view of Kekoa as I was riding the bike and looking down. His chubby hands looked too adorable hanging on!
This is so much fun!
