Everyday is just so different. Yesterday, Kekoa was a complete Mr. Grumpy baby all morning and today he was the little angel. After he fed this morning, I cradled him in my arms and was able to sing and talk to him, while he gazed into my eyes. It is amazing how you fall more and more in love with this little person! Scott was also able to spend some quality bonding time with our little man.
The other thing that made this morning so wonderful was that we were able to get out of the house, on time, and without any melt downs (from me, of course). Scott and I both had time for showers, for eating, and I was even able to put on some make-up and blow dry my hair!! Miracle! My clothes didn't have spit up and/or milk all over them! Today is also the first time, since having Kekoa that I was able to put on my wedding ring! Hooray! My fingers have been so swollen and puffy that the rings just didn't fit!
We were on our way to a mommy group. Scott dropped us off just in time for me to nurse Kekoa! Mission accomplished and it felt so good!
Kekoa loves it when you sing and dance with him! Scott loves it too!
