Kekoa had his first taste of food today...other than breast milk! Kekoa has been watching us eat for awhile and now that he is almost 6 months old, it was time to let him try some food. I spooned a little avocado into a bowl and mixed it into a liquid paste with breast milk. Kekoa LOVED it. He was like a little bird, tilting his head up and anxiously waiting for the next spoonful. He was so excited he even knocked the bowl over and there was avocado all over the table! How fun to feed our little guy.
