14 pounder!!

Can you believe it?? Kekoa is already 3 months old. I weighed him on Wednesday, with his diaper and a shirt on, and he weighed 14.6 pounds!! We are loving our chunky baby, more and more with each passing day.

When daddy saw this photo he thought Where's Waldo??

My fingers are so delicious and keep me occupied until it is time to nurse again!


Kekoa loves his special time with daddy. Most mornings, Scott takes over so I can have some time for myself. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband! He loves to play with Kekoa and when it is time for his morning nap, Scott will put Kekoa in the Moby or our other baby carrier, the Ergo, and sing him to sleep. Kekoa's eyes light up every time he sees his daddy. The best is when Kekoa gives daddy his big smile!
So far, Kekoa is a really good and mellow baby. He is very alert and is happy when he can look around. If I have him in the Moby and want him to sleep, I now have to put a piece of cloth over his head...otherwise he'll just keep looking around and never get in his nap! People stare even more now as I walk down the street with a burp cloth on my baby's head!

Each day brings new surprises with our little guy!
