Christmas 2012

The Fremont crew came over around 3:00.  There was a lot of playing with the new toys before we dined on homemade lasagna around 4:30ish.  Then a lot more playing before the boys took baths.  Present opening after the baths in their matching jammies...then bedtime.  Kekoa passed out, he had a very big day.

How many takes for a good family photo in front of the tree?

The best one and Kekoa is picking his nose!

Pop Pop going for a cruise on my bike.

My friend Jen's daughter, Ani wore this when she was a baby.  She will be 5 this year in April!

I kept trying to get a picture of Malia's cute little bootie and she kept wanting to roll back onto her back!
The first gift of the night.  The three boys received matching jammies!

I love this face my dad is making.  Kekoa makes the same face to Malia.
Let me tell you a secret little girl.

I love you so much.
I love you too Pop Pop.

Typical picture...Kekoa smiling, Kaiwei refusing to, and Mackie playing.

A cute hat from Po Po..actually fits!  And my handsome husband in his new sweater.

Christmas morning

Kekoa woke up around 6:30 am, not too crazy early, ready for Christmas.  I was watching him, before he knew I was awake.  He was having an imaginary conversation with Big Bird, making Big Bird's head knod Yes.  ( After he got out of bed he said that Big Bird told him that Santa had come to Sesame Street already.)

Santa had set out something special for Kekoa to wear during opening presents.  Kekoa's whole face lit up, he was so excited, it was the cutest thing ever.  Santa had brought him Buzz Lightyear pj's to wear.  Kekoa couldn't wait to put them on and grinned from ear to ear when he saw himself in the mirror.

We all opened one present then had breakfast.  Pretty important to fuel up for the present opening!  Kekoa was all smiles at the breakfast table when he saw that Santa ate his cookies and the carrot was gone too.  Santa also left him a note, thanking him and letting him know how much he liked his gingerbread house. :)

Kekoa loved opening presents this year and he was one lucky boy because he opened all of baby sisters presents too!
It was so much fun watching the excitement in his eyes as he carefully opened each package.

Malia had fun too, woke up around 8:00 opened 2 presents, played with one for about 15 minutes then was so tired had to go down for a by 9:00ish nap.  She slept for a LONG time from all the morning excitement.

Kekoa is playing right now, having so much fun with all his new toys.  This has definitely been our best Christmas yet.

Could it be???

Yes!  Action Chugger!

Mama's present from Kekoa...walkie talkie's

Hi Buzz Lightyear!

Yay!  Minnie Mouse!  Thank you grandma and grandpa!

Oh my goodness...the deluxe Buzz Lightyear!  Thank you SO much grandma and grandpa.

I love how pointy Kekoa's hat is.  He didn't want to wear it floppy.
