"Choo choo"

Kekoa is the cutest. There is a page that he tore out of one of his Richard Scarry books many moons ago...just so happens that this page has trains on one side and fire trucks on the other. Two of Kekoa's favorite things. I heard him making "choo choo" sounds from the kitchen and found him staring at the page, choo chooing as loud as he could. He really is hilarious.

so funny

Kekoa is hilarious. I hope he can make you laugh today...

Bachman with "Kaper"

Monday, August 22

The only thing that was motivating Kekoa to leave this afternoon was going to Bachman to meet "Kaper and Mlan" (Kasper and Milan) Unfortunately, Milan's mama wasn't feeling well, so we didn't get to see them.

Kekoa was showing off his climbing skills. He had so much fun, running around with "Kaper" and going down the slide, over and over again. It is really sweet how much he loves his friends, Kaper and Mlan. He always lumps them together, so even when I asked him later what the best part of his day was, his answer was "park with Kaper Mlan"!

My own step stool

I love my new step stool. Thanks mama and baba for this birthday present. It not only spells my name out, but has a choo choo train too. I love tipping it over and putting the puzzle pieces back in. It is a fun way for me to learn some of the letters of the alphabet. I know I am impressing my mama that I can put the letters back in the correct places. She is very proud of me.
I feel like such a big boy now because I can crawl up into bed and onto the couch with no problem. I like to carry my new stool around, into the kitchen so I can help make smoothies, and into the bathroom to help me wash my hands.
What a great gift idea!

Hmmm, where does this one go?

Cuties

Kekoa has a new favorite snack, cuties...you know, the little baby clementine oranges, the ones that peel so easily? Kekoa loves them. He'll eat and eat them if I didn't cut him off at 2. Kekoa was the cutie, sitting at his table, enjoying some juicy cuties. It seems like he is savoring every bite!
