Malia's first year photo shoot

We sure do pick super hot days to get some photos done!  It was a super hot one today and we were all in funky spirits.  Our oven caught fire this morning, all is well, but it was a little scary to say the least.  Cassie is so talented and was able to capture the sweetness of my baby girl anyways.  She is one gifted lady.

I couldn't resist taking some pictures of my baby girl with her Auntie Cassie.  She was so content in her arms.

The new kiddie pool came out this afternoon.  The nakie kiddos just loved it, especially the little one.  Even though her lips were turning blue, she didn't want to get out!

1 year checkup

Malia is a healthy girl and right where she should be.  She is very loud and it was a little hard to hear Dr. Drucker over her loud voice.  Dr. Drucker even commented on how she commands the attention of the room!

She had two shots, one in each of her squishy legs.  She cried for a second and then was fine.

Kekoa insisted on coming today, wanted to be with his mama.  He was actually a nice distraction for Malia.

We have a new bedtime routine now.  Kekoa no longer wants to stay in the tub and play while I get Malia ready for bed.  He wants to get out with her so they can get dressed in their jammies together.  He loves to snuggle up right next to her.
