Cat's Hill

What a really fun day we had, a long day, but super fun. It was the Cat's Hill bike race, which we have been going to since Scott moved to Cali. Kekoa has been going since he was in the womb. He absolutely loved watching the bikes racing by, would get SO excited. The best part for Kekoa though was seeing his Papa Beezy (Pop Pop) there. Being on the podium with Pop Pop was something special, Kekoa even got to ring the bell.
Scott and I were saying how when we go next year, our baby girl will be almost a year old!!

Clifford (Kekoa's red dog) was clapping as the cyclists would come by. Each time they came around the block, we would stop so Clifford could clap.

Farm with Ava

Kekoa was thrilled to show Ava around Emma Prush Farm this morning. It was her first time at the farm. He was so excited to point out the cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and sheep. It still blows me away that these two can play together now. Kekoa always seemed so much younger than Ava, never thought they would play together. Now they are just so cute together.
We are all in love with baby Nathan. Don't know why I didn't get any pictures of him, but he is so adorable. Kekoa couldn't keep away from him, loved touching Nathan's little arms and telling him he loves him. It was very sweet. Baby Nathan would give me the biggest smile every time I said hi to him, such a sweet little boy.
Hopefully we can squeeze in a couple more playdates before baby zamboni is born! :)

Papa Pete visits

It's been awhile since we have seen Papa Pete, so we were all excited for his visit. Kekoa was shy for about a second and then warmed right up. We all went to the park together to let Kekoa burn off some energy and see the beautiful roses. Papa Pete joined us for lunch, we have been eating outside which is so nice. After he left, Kekoa told us that he loves Papa Pete, it was very sweet and at dinner tonight he told me that he can't wait for Papa Pete to come back and visit again! We hope to see him again very soon!

Today we had a special visitor, Papa Pete came to visit. We walked over to the motorcycle park and Kekoa couldn't wait to show him the roses (of course after showing off his skills on the motorcycle first) We were all laughing at Kekoa just fully immersed in the flowers. He just loves the roses, actually loves all flowers.
There was a really nice lady there, a volunteer that takes care of the roses. She cut me some of the gorgeous flowers and they look fabulous in our kitchen.

turkey burger night

One of our favorite family meals is when Scott grills his famous turkey burgers. They are so juicy and delicious. It is amazing to all be sitting at the dinner table, the three of us, and everyone is feeding themselves. Kekoa holds his burger like such a big boy and devours almost a whole one himself! He likes his with extra ketchup and hummus on it.
