little man with his backpack

Kekoa looked sooooo cute coming down the stairs. He had on his little Thomas shirt and his Thomas backpack. His backpack was filled with trains, but not too many, or he doesn't want to carry it. Kekoa looked so grown up, like such a big boy with his backpack on!

dinnertime=playtime

Tonight at dinner, Kekoa wanted to eat with all of his "ai ai's" (what he calls all the little people). I was getting his dinner ready and I heard him singing happy birthday. When I looked over, he told me they were having a birthday party! Whew, they were so many little toys at the birthday party! The tray was way too full of toys. Kekoa wanted to have another choo choo join in on the fun. When I told him that they were already too many toys and he would have to move some of them to the kitchen table, he lost it and they all ended up on the floor.
Some days are easy and some days are hard...today wasn't one of the easy days! :)

happy birthday thomas!

For his birthday, Kekoa received the book, "Happy Birthday Thomas" from Delilah. He loves this book, we read it at least once a day. I found Kekoa in his room, singing "Happy Birthday" and reading the book to Freddy. It was so cute.

Lounging

We had a playdate today at Ty's house. I wasn't really planning on taking any pictures, but Kekoa looked so cute sitting in this chair. He was just loungin', enjoying his snack.
Ty has the best front yard, so many toys and so much room to run around. Kekoa had a blast and the best part was that all of his little friends were there (didn't get any pics of them though)

Jack Fisher Park with my friends

Boy did I wake up grumpy today from my nap. I was just crying and crying, just because I am 2! Mama asked me if I wanted to go to the park to play with Kasper and Milan...this instantly brightened mood (just a little). I still couldn't get out of the apartment without a few more tears.
Once I saw my friends at the park, I was all smiles. I love this park because I get to push the button, which makes a beeping sound, and then the water shoots out. It is amazing. I couldn't stop running around and around and around in the park today. I was very busy, running in and out of the water, filling buckets with sand, climbing on the play structure and going down the slide. Usually I am just so content staying in one area and playing, but not today. My mama was so impressed with how brave I was and how I was climbing on everything. Camping has made me brave! :)
My friends are so much fun and I can't wait to see them again.

"Push the button mama"

Water is coming on anytime guys...

See Kasper, we can hide the water.

Just put the bucket over and magic!

Where did it go?

Pretty cool truck Milan.
No cheese mama. My mama takes way too many pictures. She couldn't believe that I had climbed up on top of this thing.

Milan was so nice and shared the truck with me. Thank you!
