Mama's sick

What do we do when mama is sick?

We relax and read. Kekoa was over the moon because baba gave him his own magazine to read. All three of us were reading on the couch!

Kekoa up from his nap...so cute and his hair was just priceless.

We play in the fort that baba built for us! Kekoa and I had so much playing in the fort (Kekoa calls it "tunnel"). He would take my hand, lead me to the fort, and we would lie there together, snuggling, and looking at the "stars" on the blanket. It was so sweet and cute.
Going into the "tunnel".
Here I am!

A little milk break.

This is the "I love Paulie face"

Paulie is loving all the hugs too!

We also went outside for a bit, just out back to play with the dump truck. Kekoa is such a sweetie pie, such a good boy. I told him we were only going to play in the carport, that he would have to turn his truck around and not go down the driveway. I expected a little resistance, but he didn't resist, not even a little bit. We kept very busy, finding rocks, resting on the ledge, and digging holes. It was a really mellow afternoon before dinner. Now let's hope I feel better soon!

I love the little squat.
Kekoa doesn't usually take this recycling truck outside. Every time we go to leave outside, Kekoa asks for a toy to take with him. He is a little joker because he will ask for his biggest truck, with a smile on his face, shaking his head no at the same time, knowing that I will say to pick a smaller toy. Today I said, "OK", and he was shocked but super excited.

Finding the perfect rock for the dump truck.

I love Kekoa in the background, sticking out his little belly.

Please say cheese Kekoa!

Cheese!
Kekoa found this little ledge to sit on, it was just his size.

Please take a picture with me mama! (Kekoa wanted me to come sit with him on the ledge so we could take a photo together, so sweet!)
